Hello Pink Lovers,
Had a wonderful day at the Arboretum today with a friend and her lovely tots:) What pleasure walking through well scaped gardens and learning plant species biological names! Also got to take pics for my own use later. Love work and play! Nature sure works its therapy on you-something with the way it soothes your senses and oh yes-the Rosemary maze was amazing-felt like it was an aromatherpay session right there! Got my hands full of the fragrance and hated to wash it down later. I also did one more thing on my way home after a delicious Panang curry lunch-Bought a fresh bouquet of wild daisies-A lil something for my new studio space that I will share photos below. The pure sheep wool rug that my mom and sis had gifted me for my birthday in India few years back is the new love of my life:)-Pure comfort and beauty. Hand embroidered floral design from the exotic northern State of Kashmir. Hmmm Hmmm!
Enjoy the day and I will be back soon to post an artist feature for the weekend.......I know the bulletin board needs to be put to use!

ReplyDeleteA bright and sunny studio space! I have mine set up by a window as well, it really helps keep my creative juices flowing, I think its being able to look out the window and see all the glorious things God has blessed us with! Beautiful flowers, birds singing and the sounds of children having fun playing!
